Normal Lens - Sam

A normal lens reproduces essentially exactly what the naked human eye sees. So, for a 35mm camera, the focal length of a normal lens will be 50mm. In general, normal lenses for each film format are roughly equal to the film's diagonal.

For a 58mm camera, the focal length of a normal lens would be 80mm.
